Shipping Rates.
Orders are generally sent out within three days of receipt of the order. For orders within Canada, delivery takes approx 1-2 weeks. Orders within the USA take approx 2-3weeks.
International orders generally take 2-8 weeks.
Expedited Shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us if you require faster delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy.
We stand behind our products at Urban Muslim. You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice that was sent with the purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment less shipping costs.
Follow these steps when returning merchandise to Urban Muslim:
1. Contact us for an authorization number for return. No item can be returned without an authorization number.
2. In the case of a return, customer pays shipping costs. We do NOT accept COD packages. In the case of an exchange, customer pays shipping for the return and Urban Muslim will be responsible for shipping the exchaged item.
3. Indicate the reason of your return on the back of the invoice copy. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the product you would like to exchange with.
3. Include the invoice with the merchandise and return it in the original packaging if possible. Please ensure it is securely packaged and clearly labeled.
4. Clearly mark the Authorization number for the return on the outside of the package. No package will be accepted without this number.

6. Please ensure that you include a contact number or email so that we can contact you when the product is received. Allow 4-6 weeks for the exchange to be processed. Urban Muslim can not be help responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged during their return to us. For your safety, you may wish to send the item via insured parcel post or signature on delivery.
