2. I don´t have a Paypal account how can I pay for my order?
Please note: it is not necessary to have a paypal account to pay through paypal. To purchase from this site, you just a credit card or bank card, but for your convenience, we also accept Certified cheques. Foreign and domestic money orders and Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards over the phone. Contact us to arrange a payment other than Paypal.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are generally sent out within three days of receipt of the order. For orders within Canada, delivery takes approx 1-2 weeks. Orders within the USA take approx 2-3 weeks. International orders generally take 2-8 weeks.
Expedited Shipping is available at an additional cost. Contact us if you require faster delivery.
5. Can I combine my order from Urban Muslim and Hijabpins Canada?
Yes, place an order at both sites for items you wish to purchase. Include a note with either order upon payment and the extra shipping paid will be refunded to you.
6. What if I don´t like the product or it doesn´t fit me? Will I be able to return it or exchange it?
7. I ordered from your site, but my products have not yet arrived. What should I do?
If the delivery time has passed and you are in North America (see #4 above), if, however, you are an international customer, you will have to wait for 8 weeks before a replacement may be sent out.
8. Do you sell in any stores, or just online?
